I can see this application being used whitin small groups and small business. The private polling allows for non-bias results. The purpose of Decing was to help groups come up with an non-bias answer for questions a group might have using an online technology. Decing is very user friendly and very helpful. The initiate of the poll has the option to create a subject, options for answers, and gets to decide the recipients of the poll. The recipients of the poll can rest easy, because their answers are completely private, and the only way to access their answers is with their personal access code. I rate this application 4/5 stars for its proficiency and ease of use.
