Fire Walker

From Latt Series

Fire Walkers are former humans that were injected with the Alpha Variant of the unknown virus. The Alpha Variant was designed to modify the genetic code of the human it was injected into. The human would notice an increase in physical strength, speed, and endurance, as well as rapid cellular regeneration, allowing the Fire Walker to not age, making him or her immortal as long as their body wasn't damaged to the point that it was unable to repair itself. The Alpha Variant even allows for future augmentations to be applied to the Fire Walker.

The Variant also features nano-machines, which allows the complete control of the Fire Walker by a computer system called System 47. This program uses the nano-machines to transmit the location of the Fire Walker, and induces the secretion of a chemical in the brain which blocks the transmission of certain impulses, and the secretion of other chemicals that control certain emotions, thereby making the Fire Walkers very effective soldiers.

Fire Walkers are able to find augmentations that enhance their ability to use fire arms, and they do primary use various types of guns. Fire Walkers are used as infantry soldiers, and such as that, they're generally considered expendable, so it's not likely that a higher ranking creature will come to their assistance, unless they're already in a unit together.

Fire Walkers have several special augmentations and abilities available to them.

Strength

Fire Walkers, regardless of sex and age, possess an incredible amount of strength, useful for carrying and using heavy weapons, as well as brute force. Although they are generally stronger than a normal human, Fire Walkers do vary in strength amongst one another. In order to keep up their strength, a Fire Walker must eat food that contains animal proteins, or artificially gain them from supplements. If they don't eat, their strength will fade.

Endurance

Fire Walkers, with help from their strength, have a high level of endurance. They're able to travel long distances without getting tired, and even when they do get tired, they're able to force their bodies to keep on moving. Males, in general, have a higher level of endurance than females.

(Under construction, I'll finish this tomorrow, or something. Blah.)
