Aoyama Cerise

Aoyama Cerise is the daughter of Aoyama Masaya and Momomiya Ichigo in Chrono Mew Mew, having a younger brother, Aoyama Rai. She's a very good friend of Kyr's, having known him since before she could actually walk. When she was chosen to be in the Chrono Mew project, the two pretended to not know each other for a very long time, as Kyr feared that the other mews wouldn't listen to her authority once they found out about her connection to Kyr. After it ended, Cerise's life went back to normal for the most part, and she just goes by day to day peacefully. She's most commonly known as Shimizu Arisa's rival for Kyr, but it's only one-sided, since Cerise now sees Kyr as a friend.

[edit] Weapon and Attack
Being the leader of the Chrono Mew Mews, Cerise actually holds two weapons. Her basic weapon, Cerise Chimes are actually small silver chimes, with a smaller pink mallet hanging off it. With the power of four other mews, Cerise's weapon is upgraded to a Cerise Bell, which is actually a silver bell with wings on either side. The top portion of the wings connect to form a handle that Mew Cerise can hold on to.
Mew Cerise, naturally, then, has two main attacks:
- Ribbon, Cerise Lightwave: Waving her chimes, Mew Cerise directs a beam of light towards her foe, happening within mere seconds.
- Ribbon, Cerise Guardian: Cerise can do one of two things here. One is to use her bell to send a giant beam of light towards the foe, similarly to her first attack, but in a more powerful and concentrated form. Two, she can create a barrier to trap foes for long periods of time. If she's willing enough to use a great deal of her power, she can do both.

All the mews in her dimension have one time-based ability that they can use to their advantage inside or outside battle. Cerise's is the ability to speed growth by manipulating time, though she rarely uses it, as she doesn't wish to make life shorter for people and plants. Otherwise, Cerise has the normal added ability of being injected with feline DNA: flexibility.

- Heavens knows where Cerise's green eyes came from, as neither of her parents had them. Possibly, it came from Aoyama's side?
- Cerise was once a love mage at one point in time, but this was retconned as it served no purpose.
- While her hair color is two-toned in this form, it was originally all black. Kyr accidentally dyed streaks of her hair pink with.. food dye, but Mew Cerise liked it enough, so it stuck.
