-- COMPARATIVE POLITICS/ASIA: The Department of Political Science at Amherst College seeks applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in Comparative Politics/Asia for the academic year 2007-2008. The position is for one year with the possibility of a one-year renewal. We are seeking a candidate who studies Asia and has a broad range of interests related to social movements, global-local relations, women's activism. The position requires teaching two courses per semester and supervising senior honors theses.
