  • The Department of Political Science, International Development and International Affairs at The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Park campus (Long Beach, Mississippi) invites applications for a tenure track appointment in political science.

-- The position begins Fall 2008.

-- Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in Political Science or related field required (ABDs will be considered); evidence of ability to engage in effective research and teaching; ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in international relations and American government, plus either public administration or methodology (quantitative and qualitative); and at least one year experience coordinating course scheduling and advising undergraduate political science majors.
