Cata is the commander of the Freikorps, and the second-in-command on the Communishyfen, though that title may belong to Chaz Natlo instead/as well. He enjoys bossing people around and seems to have made a hobby of making Inuit Goddess feel extremely stupid. His arch-nemesis is Anne Brunner, the co-leader of the Peace, Love, and Happiness Brigade. Though usually he wears the disguise of a man, in reality Cata is actually a woman of immesuareably sexiness. This came as no surprise to most of the members of the Communishyfen. The drawing Anne Brunner drew of him in a miniskirt certainly didn't hurt.
