The Humor Team Chain of Command is a long and time-old form of government largely unknown and unused in the annals of human history. It is known as an Mon-otradecumpleaños-archy. It will be described below:
There are four levels of power in the Humor Team Chain of Command:

Level One:Founder
He who founds the Humor Team is given unprecedented levels of power in page-creating, vandal-bashing, and peace-keeping. It is his job to see that the Wiki runs smoothly. Current members: User:Dummmmmmy
Level Two:Lieutenant
Lieutenants are trusted users that help the Founder complete his job, usually by completing those tasks which are of lesser importance, such as deleting/reverting vandalized pages, commneting on Vandals' talk pages, and writing the page that chronicles the HTM Chain of Command. Current members: User:Ye Olde Luke, User:Admin, User:HumRaptor, User:Jordansattler, User:Justen scaggs, User:MediaWiki default, User:RobKohr, User:Robert, User:Teh Smiddler
Level Three:Citizen
Citizens are users who have not established their trustworthiness yet. Since it is not known yet whether they are on the founder's side or not, they remain neutral, until they show an active attempt to help the wiki. They can edit most pages, create new pages, and leave mesages on talk pages. Current Members: User:Galleio, User:Isaac Newton, User:OMG, User:ANGRY FAIC
Level Four:Vandal
Vandals have shown that they are not here to help the Humor Team, but rather to destroy it from within. However, they usually don't get that far, since the Founder and his Lieutenants usually ban their @$$ within a day or two of thier arrival. Once banned, they can't do anything except edit their own talk page, effectively putting them under house arrest. Current members: this list to remain confidential, it's not like they need more publicity.
Level Five:MiniLucifer10
The antithesis to the Founder, this user has sworn to destroy the Humor Team and everything about it. Most of the Vandals are minions sent under the order of this dark and self-proclaimed "mini" user. However, this user has not yet had the courage to show his own face on the wiki, and as a result chooses cowardly life over martyrdom. He has no powers whatsoever, other than causing frightened citizens to check under their bed for him each night. Current members: he knows who he is.
