Sparticus is one the most mysterious persons to exist in the Govteen Universe. His past, until recently, was shrouded in mystery.

Sparticus is what intelligent people call a mage. He is a masterfully powerful being capable of matching forces against the darkest and most powerful of forces. He resides in the Govmansion, but spends a fair amount of his time at the GT Bar.
