Fly outside of a boundary

From the game Kirby's Air Ride for the Nintendo Gamecube

In City Trial, you can get out of the boundary partially. All you do is fly really high and go to the edge of the stage. You'll notice you're further outside of the boundry, but there is another boundary that's invisible now.
