Fly out of the level

In level five, go out as sly, enable the mega jump code, and get atop one of the "towers" on contessa's manssion, when a plane flies by it will hit you, and you will be launched high above the level, and can somtimes reach the other side of the level. Make sure your on the LEFT side tower, otherwise, a plane will not come.
