Grab a fireflower with Nana. One way to do this is grab it as Popo and then jump and press Z. Now, hold A to use the fireflower and then use the down+B attack (where you spin all ice-ishly). Now, run and jump around. You'll have flames all over you! It won't hurt anyone, though, and will stop if you drop the flower.
