Blank message box

From the game Final Fantasy VII for the Playstation.

Go to Fort Condor after getting the Highwind, before visiting Cloud at Mideel. Now, start the mini-game in which you defend the fort. Play it and beat it. Make sure that the army kills the commander, not you and your characters. At the end of the mini-game, you should get a blank message box. You get nothing.
