Malika is a convicted criminal, former Safety Patroller and current leader of the X Middle School branch of the Red Robins, she has only appeared in one episode Red Robins Don't Fly.

History
Makila was once the partner of Vallejo before he was Jr Commissioner, Malika was an extremly popular girl who was a member of many clubs and societies around X Middle School. She was sent undercover as a Red Robin to discover any evidence that would disband the group however the experience caused her to quit the Safety Patrol and join the Red Robins eventually becoming their leader.
Malika compared herself to Ingrid when she went undercover and tempted her to join the Red Robins and become her successor after she graduated from X. Malika is also the creator of the Red Robins Vault where she stashes all of the stolen merchandise that thay had collected over the years.
Conviction
After Ingrid found the Vault, she confronted Malika by showing her that she was a Safety Patroller. Malika attempted to run (even stealing a young girls bike) however she was knocked into the schools swimming pool by Fillmore who had come to assist Ingrid.

Malika has a history of being in many groups and societies at X, this reflected on her skills.
