Rivers of Arëdighùan

There are a large number of Rivers in Arëdighùan, especially in the fertile plain-lands to the South-East. Rivers hold a special place in much of Arëdighùani culture as they enabled many of the first Aphillian and Shakrihl explorers to make it through the many mountain passes much more quickly, dramatically affecting the areas the were settled first.
Many of the first Shakrihl cities that were built, were often built alongside rivers, as it was the fastest type of transportation at the time.
