Grand Chancellor of Arëdighùan

The Grand Chancellor of Arëdighùan (Dominion Norric: Storartet Kansler) is the leader of the Montesje, and the second most important political figure in Arëdighùan. The Grand Chancellor is apointed by the Righ-Këjsãre upon his assention to the throne, the Righ-Këjsãre can either choose to keep the existing Grand Chancellor from the last monarch, or bring forth his own. If the Righ-Këjsãre does choose to keep the old Grand Chancellor, the Chancellor is considerd a residual monarchaic authority.
