Jennifer Majewski's Holiday Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • Grapes
  • Oranges
  • Pineapple
  • Bananas
  • Juice from 1 large can pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

Heat pineapple juice and butter. Beat eggs and mix with dry ingredients until smooth. Add to hot juice and boil until thickened. Cool and pour over desired fruit. Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
