Erusian Air and Space Administration

The Erusian Air and Space Administration (EASA) was the largest Aerospace Government Facility on the Usean Continent. Having been most active in the year 2000, their history is somewhat short compared to other International and National Companies. This organization is mentioned within articles pretaining to Ace Combat 04: Shattered Skies and media concerning the X-02 Wyvern. Most of their known history is based around that of the development of the X-02 Wyvern.
[edit] Usean Continental War and X-02 Development
By August of 2005 Erusian Forces were in full scale retreat and attempting to defend their own borders. The Independent State Allied Forces (ISAF) had began to take Erusian Facilities along their advancement across the Usean Continent and stumbled across technology under development by the Erusian Forces. This aircraft was code named X-02 and produced by the EASA.
The X-02 was made with existing technology and non-existing technology. Of it’s unique design Forward Swept Swing Wing Technology, Stealth Technology, and extremely advanced Flight Avionics. The ISAF quickly began to test the X-02; there was said to only be one X-02 model, but there were rumored to be three overall. Testing showed that the X-02’s abilities were far beyond any fighter on the planet at that time. The ISAF was said to have deployed the X-02 near the end of the Continental War, piloted by ISAF Ace Mobius One, but nothing has been released by the ISAF. With the continental war’s closing in September of 2005, hostilities had not fully ceased within Erusea as a whole.
Despite the new-Erusean Provisional Government their military ignored the order to disarm and ceased an old weapons factory. With their newly acquired weapons this new movement known as “Free Erusea” began to attack ISAF Forces across the entire Usean Continent once again. The ISAF had dispatched it’s Top Ace in response and despite the obvious situation of being out numbered, Mobius One was able to suppress the “Free” Erusean Forces. However, after attacking and destroying the stronghold of “Free” Erusea an unexpected engagement had taken place. Multiple X-02 ‘Switchblades’, as the Usean Pilots called them, had appeared in the area and began to engage Mobius One. Mobius One managed to destroy the X-02s and the ISAF had finally gotten sufficient battle data on the X-02. This new data confirmed their speculations and pushed them to begin to produce the ‘Switchblade’ along side the EASA.
[edit] Exporting and Conflict (2007 - 2008)
The X-02 was researched for years on end and continued to amaze the ISAF and EASA officials. However, research was noticeable longer on the X-02 due to it’s Radical design and it’s technology. However, the Osean Federation on the Osean Continent, had taken much interest to the X-02 and asked for permission to buy the X-02 Models. After negotiations the EASA produced more ‘Switchblades’ geared towards Air Superiority. The X-02 also gained the official name “Wyvern”; though it had an official name, Usean Pilots still know it by it’s nickname: ‘Switchblade’.
The Osean Federation purchased an unknown amount of X-02 from Usea between the years of 2008 and 2010. When the Circum-Pacific War had begun in early 2010, the Osean Federation did not deploy the X-02s right off, but decided to wait until the latter half of the war. The Osean X-02 results are still classified as of 2010.

The Erusean Air and Space Administration is bought out by an up and coming company known as Neucom Inc, sometime between 2010 and 2030.
