Summary

[15:11] <NiteBrite> Alrighty then. Recap of last time

[15:13] <NiteBrite> So there was the thing where Whiteout conked Steven Magnet on the head with a large rock, he was upset but ultimately decided to point our ponies towards the castle. At the castle the statue of elements was

[15:14] <NiteBrite> Empty so the group checks out the graves of the previous elements. They are hard to read so Marissa tries to illuminate the letters with magic.

[15:15] <NiteBrite> This triggers spell runes in Twilight's grave and summons her ghost. She offers to help them with the elements of harmony using her magic.

[15:15] <NiteBrite> The group closes their eyes and focuses on what makes them good friends (ie their element). And that is where we left off. Any questions?

[15:17] <NiteBrite> Alright then. And Begin:

[15:18] <TwilightSparkle> Close your eyes my little ponies and focus on your friendship

[15:18] <TwilightSparkle> *horn glows dimly*

[15:18] * MarissaInaba is still somewhat terrified, but obliges.

[15:18] * SolidGear takes a glance around, "How...do we know what we have?"

[15:19] * nod closes his eyes "we dont but I will never lie to my friends i guess that makes my element honesty"

[15:19] * Whiteout closes his eyes, not sure what to expect.

[15:19] <TwilightSparkle> Don't think about it too hard. Just focus on how your friends make you feel

[15:20] <TwilightSparkle> Let the magic do its work

[15:20] * NiteBrite closes his eyes and thinks of all the silly times.

[15:20] * SolidGear closes her eyes, then gives a light sigh and smiles as her thoughts drift to each time she'd been there for her friends, her own reliability appearing more easily as she thinks.

[15:22] * MarissaInaba does her best to try and come up with reasons she's a good friend. Fails miserably because she's too damn analytical about this kinda thing.

[15:22] * Whiteout cannot think outside of his own nature. He could no more give up his loyalty or betray his friends than give up his wings.

[15:22] <TwilightSparkle> Nar: As the ponies begin to focus, Twilight's horn glows brighter. Thin shining threads of magic float gently towards the ponies

[15:23] <TwilightSparkle> Narrator: The magic threads seem to be weaving into necklaces. Neckalces with gemstones in the shape of their owner's cutie mark

[15:23] * MarissaInaba eventually just stops thinking about it, at which point she suddenly finally gets that thinking too much IS what makes her a good friend.

[15:24] * NiteBrite is a silly pony

[15:24] * Sweetness likes all things friendly

[15:25] <TwilightSparkle> Almost there...

[15:25] <TwilightSparkle> Narator: as the necklaces become solid, ghost Twilight begins to fade.

[15:26] <TwilightSparkle> Narrator: And poof. the spell is done.

[15:26] * nod thinking about well trying not to fall asleep darn keeping eyes closed

[15:27] <NiteBrite> Can we open our eyes yet Ms. Sparkle

[15:27] <MarissaInaba> ...

[15:27] * SolidGear slowly opens her eyes, glancing around and then smirking as she sees each pony has a necklace on, "Hmmm...well, it worked, I think."

[15:27] * Whiteout blinks his eyes open, shuffling a bit at the unexpected weight around his neck. "That's new..."

[15:27] * TwilightSparkle is gone. The very bright glowly lights go dim. This is probably noticeable even with closed eyes

[15:28] <MarissaInaba> @_@

[15:28] <NiteBrite> Hey, it looks like my cutie mark

[15:28] <NiteBrite> neat

[15:28] <nod> *opens his eyes* umm thanks

[15:29] <MarissaInaba> ... Now I feel bad for flipping out on the ghost of one of the original Elements of Harmony.

[15:29] * Sweetness has a tiara of bubbles.

[15:29] <SolidGear> "hehe....I'm sure we all have one fashioned like our cutie marks, Nite." she then looks at the rest of her friends.

[15:29] * nod looks at his neckless "a pillow ... great"

[15:29] <Sweetness> Umm, mine's differenty

[15:29] <Whiteout> "Really?" *eyes Sweetness* "Hey, nice hat!"

[15:30] *** TwilightSparkle is now known as Anthrax

[15:30] <SolidGear> "So it is....well, you look good in a tiara, Sweetness."

[15:30] <nod> much better then i would at any rate

[15:31] <MarissaInaba> I think I prefer the necklace.

[15:31] <Anthrax> This necklace isn't very punk.

[15:31] <Anthrax> Maybe I can make it into an earring or something

[15:32] <nod> i wouldent tamper with it if i where you

[15:32] <Anthrax> What's the worst that could happen?

[15:32] <nod> .... obliteration

[15:33] <Anthrax> *shoulder shrugs*

[15:33] <NiteBrite> So where did Twilight go?

[15:33] <SolidGear> "hmmm....well, maybe we could just leave them as is? I don't see anything wrong with a necklace, though I think you just need a new look for it, Anthrax."

[15:33] <MarissaInaba> I think the magic keeping her around left.

[15:33] <NiteBrite> ._.

[15:33] <Whiteout> Dunno, we seem to be down an ancient ghost unicorn just now.

[15:33] <MarissaInaba> Lame. I kinda wanna talk to her about this whole 'elements of harmony' thing.

[15:34] * SolidGear looks around, then slowly moves up to the grave of Twilight Sparkle, "I think we'll figure it out on our own, Marissa."

[15:34] <Sweetness> Maybe, if I drove us back in time a 100 years...

[15:34] <nod> still she would have had some usefull advice

[15:34] <MarissaInaba> Iunno. She kinda didn't really explain anything at all. It was all "here, have some fancy jewelery."

[15:34] <NiteBrite> I don't know if messing with the distant past is such a good idea.

[15:35] <NiteBrite> It could butterfly effect like crazy

[15:35] <MarissaInaba> I don't want to see what'll happen if we change things so that Nightmare Moon didn't win and then our present gets earased from ever having happened.

[15:36] <Anthrax> Nar: Marissa's necklace glows a little as she overthinks

[15:36] <SolidGear> "Hmmm....I'm pretty sure if we did that, we wouldn't disappear. But things would totally be different."

[15:36] <Whiteout> Aren't we about to try and erase Nightmare Moon turning everypony into zombies?

[15:37] <NiteBrite> But that's only a recent change

[15:37] * Whiteout is a confused pony sometimes. Like now.

[15:37] <MarissaInaba> Woah, hey.

[15:37] <nod> trying to understand this makes my brain hurt

[15:37] * SolidGear looks at Marissa's glowing necklace, "Hmmm....wonder what that means?"

[15:37] <Whiteout> But it's still a change, isn't it? I mean, most of us would probably have never gotten to know each other if it wasn't for the zombies...

[15:37] <Sweetness> Hey, that's cool. What sis you do?

[15:37] <Sweetness> *did

[15:38] <MarissaInaba> I... don't really know.

[15:38] * SolidGear nods to Whiteout, "Darned right. I think it's good that we've all met each other."

[15:39] <NiteBrite> But what if, for the greater good, the price we pay is our relationship

[15:39] <Sweetness> I don't think it works like that you guys

[15:39] * Whiteout nods at SolidGear. "Oh, yeah. I'm just afraid..." He coughs. "Like Nite said. I'm afraid that fixing this may mean we never really meet. I don't want to lose you guys."

[15:40] <MarissaInaba> ... I don't know. I think the moment we started time travelling we became exempt from changes to history to a degree.

[15:40] <Sweetness> I tend to agree with Marissa

[15:40] <MarissaInaba> Or else we'd have created a paradox the instant we decided to stop Nightmare Moon.

[15:41] <nod> but to what what extent i meen- ow ok thinking out paradoxes hurts

[15:41] <NiteBrite> Temporal Mechanics @_@

[15:41] <SolidGear> "I doubt we'd never meet. It doesn't sound like something I'd avoid."

[15:41] <Sweetness> 9_6 Makes sense to me

[15:42] <Sweetness> Theres always a chance we'd have met eventually

[15:42] * SolidGear grins lightly, "I for one, believe that we all met this way on accident...and if it could, it would happen anyways."

[15:42] <Sweetness> Though again I think we probably have some time travllers immunity or something

[15:43] <MarissaInaba> Well, anyway, I think I'd rather go back to the way things were before this all started than stay friends and have to live with the whole zombie apocalypse thing.

[15:43] <Whiteout> "I hope you're right. All I know about time travel is that it makes Sweetness explode. Twice." He grins. "Either way, we're going to get through this together."

[15:43] <Anthrax> I really really miss Dysentery :(

[15:44] <MarissaInaba> Yeah.

[15:44] <Anthrax> And that whole thing with TripleCrown...

[15:44] <Anthrax> I think we owe it to them.

[15:44] <MarissaInaba> ... Yeah.

[15:44] <MarissaInaba> We can't just NOT fix this.

[15:45] <nod> we realy need to fix time. i dont care what happens to us if it saves everyone else.

[15:45] * Anthrax stands with Marissa on this

[15:45] <Whiteout> Yeah. We're not leaving everypony zombies. They don't deserve that, especially Triple Crown.

[15:46] <NiteBrite> So much responsibility for such little ponies @_@

[15:46] * NiteBrite is the shortest of the group'

[15:46] * SolidGear nods lightly, "Well...we're not exactly little any more, are we? I mean...we've got these!" she proudly shows her necklace, smirking lightly.

[15:46] * MarissaInaba is also pretty scrawny.

[15:47] <NiteBrite> How do these work though? ((if you do something related to your element have the necklace glow as if charging))

[15:48] <NiteBrite> *waves it around* Element GO! *nothing happens*

[15:48] * nod looks sleepy

[15:48] <NiteBrite> Dumb necklace.

[15:48] <nod> i honistly dont know

[15:49] * NiteBrite being silly cause his necklace to glow a bit.

[15:49] <NiteBrite> OH! Its doing something

[15:49] <nod> well what did you do?

[15:49] * SolidGear grins lightly, "Seems someone has theirs working too...so we have Marissa and Nite activated..."

[15:50] <NiteBrite> I don't know! I'mma try some more *waves it around some more and dances* Howah howah Magic Element WoOOoOo GO!

[15:50] * SolidGear thinks lightly on this, then looks around for a bit.

[15:50] * Whiteout snickers.

[15:50] <MarissaInaba> I don't know what I did to do it though.

[15:50] * NiteBrite it works some more.

[15:51] <NiteBrite> :) I think mine is dance powered

[15:51] * MarissaInaba 's necklace has been glowing a small amount the whole time as she has been thinking rationally about the whole situation.

[15:51] <Whiteout> "Combating ancient evils through the power of interpretive dance? That's a new one."

[15:51] * SolidGear moves up next to Whiteout, "Well, let's see....I think I know what mine is, but how to get it to work..."

[15:52] <Sweetness> *snickers* I don't think dance is a element of friendship

[15:52] * nod looks at his neckless "i have to sleep to make you glow dont i"

[15:53] * SolidGear looks aside to Nod, "Hmmm....I'm not so sure on that one, Nod."

[15:53] <Sweetness> Maybe its your silliness NB.

[15:53] <NiteBrite> I am kind of silly

[15:53] <MarissaInaba> I have no clue what mine might be. I only got the idea of what it should be after I stopped thinking about it, so when I try and think about what it might be I can't figure it out.

[15:54] <NiteBrite> Hmm, worth a shot. Quick stop thinking! GO!

[15:55] <NiteBrite> Narrator: If Marissa stops thinking, her necklace will stop glowing, thus giving a clue

[15:56] <MarissaInaba> ...

[15:56] <nod> but its a pillow

[15:56] <MarissaInaba> I don't think that's actuallly possible.

[15:56] * SolidGear grins lightly, "Well, I know it's possible for you to be quiet."

[15:57] <MarissaInaba> Yeah, but I still think when I'm not talking.

[15:57] <Sweetness> Hey I know how to stop thinking Marissa. Gaze deep into my eyes... and do exactly as I do. 6_6 *looks down* 9_9 *looks up* 9_6 *looks derps*

[15:58] * Whiteout turns a curious look on Nod. "I've been meaning to ask, why -do- you fall asleep so often? No offense, but it's kind of worrying..."

[15:58] <Sweetness> Narrator: And with that interruption in her thoughts, the necklace stops glowing dimly. Dim glow to resume with thoughts

[15:59] <MarissaInaba> @_@

[15:59] <MarissaInaba> I... wha?

[15:59] <Sweetness> ^_^ welcome back

[15:59] <nod> i'm, well i'm a narcoleptic. its been a problem i have had for a long time

[16:00] <Sweetness> Your necklace thingy stopped glowing while you were derped

[16:00] <Whiteout> "Narko-whatsit?"

[16:01] * SolidGear giggles lightly, "I think that worked well, Sweetness. Well, I think one thing is for certain. We need to head out." she turns, already showing signs of the ever-reliable time-keeping...which cues her necklace to glow.

[16:01] <MarissaInaba> I think you broke my brain.

[16:01] <nod> it meen when ever i have the urge to sleep i just nod off

[16:02] <nod> to be honist this is the longest i have ever been awake

[16:03] <Sweetness> Well I see your necklace is working again.. maybe it has something to do with your brain

[16:03] <SolidGear> "Hmmm...Yeah, it's great to see you awake so long, Nod."

[16:03] <Whiteout> "Ah. That's got to get on your nerves. Sorry to bug you about it, I was just afraid you might've taken a knock to the head when the library fell apart or something."

[16:03] <MarissaInaba> I have no clue.

[16:04] <MarissaInaba> It's all so bizzare @_@

[16:04] <NiteBrite> Well the light effects are pretty. I wonder if they do anything else

[16:04] * SolidGear necklace glows a bit more, her not noticing it as she heads back to Marissa, "Hey, don't be so worried about it, Marissa. We're all doing fine, right?"

[16:05] <MarissaInaba> But... if we don't figure out how this works, how do we expect to stop Nightmare Moon?

[16:05] <Whiteout> I sure hope so, Nite. Otherwise we're in for a rough day if we run into Nightmare Moon.

[16:06] <nod> na its ok. its just no one has ever asked

[16:07] * Whiteout stops in his tracks and blinks at nod. O_O "Really?"

[16:07] <NiteBrite> These neckalces are magic right? Does this mean that mean I can move stuff around like a unicorn?

[16:08] <NiteBrite> *Attempts and fails*

[16:08] <MarissaInaba> I don't know. Maybe? Try it and see.

[16:08] <nod> well the teachers knew and everyone else, well they didny realy care

[16:08] * SolidGear watches this, then looks aside to Marissa, "Hey, do you think we all have some sort of connection through these necklaces now?"

[16:10] <NiteBrite> Grr. *is focusing* How does magic work anyways?

[16:10] * Whiteout shakes his head. "I can't imagine anypony -not caring- about something that's so much a part of one of their friends."

[16:11] <SolidGear> "I'm pretty sure just Unicorns can do magic, Nite. Though I think you're trying a bit too hard."

[16:11] <MarissaInaba> I don't know. I've never had to explain it to anyone before.

[16:11] <MarissaInaba> It just sorta happens.

[16:11] <nod> umm, friends, yea, hard to make those when your asleep

[16:11] * SolidGear looks to Marissa, "It just -happens-? How does that work? I mean, don't you have to think it through or something?"

[16:12] * nod lower his head in embarisment

[16:12] <MarissaInaba> Well, yeah, but... you don't really do anything special.

[16:12] <MarissaInaba> And sometimes it just happens on its own.

[16:12] <MarissaInaba> Like how I figured out I'm good at finding things.

[16:12] <Sweetness> There are schools and stuff, but as a pegasus, I never really saw a point in learning about it

[16:13] <SolidGear> "Hm, really? Well, that's good to know, Marissa."

[16:13] * Whiteout nods to Sweetness. "Yeah, not many of us really do. Flying's enough to learn!"

[16:13] * SolidGear looks to Sweetness, "There's a school for magic?"

[16:14] <MarissaInaba> Yeah, there are a lot of 'em.

[16:14] <MarissaInaba> But it's really hard to get into.

[16:14] <SolidGear> "A lot of them....like, what kind of schools have you heard of, Marissa?"

[16:14] <MarissaInaba> I tried when I was little and couldn't get past the entrance exam at all.

[16:15] <Sweetness> Sounds rough

[16:15] <MarissaInaba> It was.

[16:15] <SolidGear> "Hmmm....but I'm glad you're here with us."

[16:16] <Anthrax> My mom is a always said, magic resides in us all, just that unicorn horns provide a focus to channel the energy.

[16:17] <MarissaInaba> Iunno. I'm not very good at magic.

[16:17] <Anthrax> She worked in medicine and knew a lot about biology and stuff

[16:17] <MarissaInaba> I'll defer to her, then.

[16:17] <SolidGear> "Nah, you're greaat at finding things, Marissa...and that's finding things we can't find so easily, too."

[16:18] <NiteBrite> Yeah, we would have been zombie chow by now if it wasn't for you.

[16:18] <MarissaInaba> Yeah, that's about the only thing I'm good at.

[16:19] <Sweetness> Speaking of which, does anyone remember where we parked the TARDIS?

[16:19] * SolidGear pauses, looking as thoughtful as she can at the moment, "Well....I wouldn't say that's the only thing..."

[16:19] * Whiteout pokes Marissa with his nose. "Nope. Not having any of that. You're better than you think you are, and I'm gonna keep telling you that until it sticks."

[16:20] <MarissaInaba> It's objectively true, though. I'm good at that one type of magic and can't really do much else. That's how it is for most Unicorns.

[16:20] * SolidGear looks aside to Sweetness, grinning, "Eeyup, I remember where we parked it! I've kept my mind on where it was since we've been here."

[16:21] <NiteBrite> I was too busy fleeing the spider to pay attention.

[16:21] <MarissaInaba> I'm okay with it. There's other things I'm good at. I'm smart, for one.

[16:21] <MarissaInaba> *proudly puffs out her chest a bit*

[16:21] * SolidGear has forgotten about the fact she's still down a fake limb, thus has been somehow defying physics with looking thoughtful.

[16:21] <NiteBrite> Seriously, lets not go back by that thing's lair on the way out.

[16:22] * Whiteout nods at Marissa. "There you go. Just because there's something you're good at doesn't mean it's all your good for. None of us are one-trick ponies."

[16:23] <NiteBrite> There's a lot of things I'm not good for ^_^

[16:23] <MarissaInaba> I never said I was a one trick pony! I just happen to not be good with magic is all.

[16:24] <nod> hey at least you got magic. i got the power of sleeping

[16:24] <Whiteout> "We probably ought to get moving, though. I don't really want to let that spider get to feeling frisky again, if we can avoid it. Way too close of a call."

[16:25] <MarissaInaba> Yeah.

[16:25] <Anthrax> *rotates her bruised shoulder* Yeah, and I could do without another manticore fight.

[16:25] <MarissaInaba> And I can find out way back, since I know what we're looking for.

[16:25] * SolidGear looks aside to Whiteout, "Speaking of which....where's Feathers?" she asks, before looking around to notice the pegasus had wandered off.

[16:26] <SolidGear> Dusty: was off in the room before the graves, sweeping it up lightly and humming to herself.

[16:26] * Whiteout blinks and looks around. "She was right here.... oh, there you are!"

[16:27] <NiteBrite> Narrator: Strange forest noises. Seems this place isn't good for lingering in for too long

[16:27] <MarissaInaba> ... we should prolly get going.

[16:27] <NiteBrite> Second

[16:28] <Sweetness> Third

[16:28] <nod> good idea

[16:29] <Anthrax> Motion carried, lets go. *leads them outside, but doesn't know the way beyond that*

[16:29] * MarissaInaba activates her horn. "I'll lead the way for now, but don't expect me to be able to deal with anything big and scary."

[16:30] <NiteBrite> Narrator: And as they get to the rope bridge, this time it has fallen into the chasm.

[16:30] * SolidGear follows after Marissa, Dusty keeping close by Whiteout as they leave the ruins, "You know, Marissa. I think we'll be able to deal with whatever comes our way...if there's anything scary, that is."

[16:31] <Anthrax> Hrm, well that's no good.

[16:32] <MarissaInaba> ...

[16:32] <nod> well we got the eliments on our side now, and some of us even know how to get theres to work

[16:32] <MarissaInaba> Huh.

[16:32] <NiteBrite> *looks closer* this rope was cut.

[16:33] <MarissaInaba> Oh dear.

[16:33] <NiteBrite> Somepony did this, but who? And why?

[16:34] * Whiteout eyes the bridge. "Well, it looks pretty intact. I'll go grab it and pull it back up, and we can get across." *steps off the edge of the chasm*

[16:34] <SolidGear> "Huh, uhm...all right, White?"

[16:34] <nod> carefull

[16:34] <Sweetness> Good luck!

[16:35] <Sweetness> Nar: Whiteout's necklace would probably glow in this situation.

[16:35] <MarissaInaba> :|

[16:35] <SolidGear> Dusty: stays put, watching carefully and mildly worried about Whiteout's safety.

[16:36] * Whiteout is a slightly glowy white form flying out across the chasm. "No worries, at least I'm not going to hit some poor dragon in the head this time!"

[16:36] <SolidGear> Dusty: "Just be careful, okay?"

[16:36] * SolidGear nods, sharing Feathers' sentiments on this.

[16:37] <Sweetness> Nar: On the otherside of the chasm there is a note, addressed to Whiteout. It has an image of a winged skull on it.

[16:37] * Whiteout looks back from most of the way across before drifting out of easy speaking range. "Will do, but we're not staying stuck in this forest over a little thing like this!"

[16:38] <Sweetness> Nar: It is placed where he will see it when he goes to tie the rope.

[16:39] * Whiteout snags the brige rope, and hauls it up without too much difficulty, then blinks at the note. "Now who the hay is left that out here..." *flips it open*

[16:41] <Sweetness> The note is written in Whiteout's hoofwirting (mouth writing?) It reads: "Whiteout, becareful! One of your friends isn't what they appear to be. Tell no one, and keep your eyes open. Treachery abounds." It is signed Future Whiteout and appears authentic.

[16:42] <Sweetness> ((Is it future whiteout? Probably not, given the shadow bolts stationary... but you never know :P ))

[16:43] * Whiteout blinks at the note. "Warning myself does kinda seem like a good idea..." He considers it while tying off the rope, then testing the bridge with a hoof to make sure it's solid.

[16:45] <Sweetness> Nar: The bridge appears solid

[16:45] * Whiteout stares out into the chasm for a bit, considering.

[16:45] <NiteBrite> How's it going over there WO?

[16:46] <Sweetness> Narrator: Its hard to see him through the fog that's rolling in from the sky.

[16:47] <MarissaInaba> ... Whiteout? You all right?

[16:47] * SolidGear carefully eyes the bridge, before calling to Whiteout, "Hey, what's up, White?"

[16:48] * Whiteout shakes his head, coming to a decision and walks back across the bridge, note tucked under one wing. "Someone's playing tricks here, I think. Tryin' to shake us up."

[16:48] <MarissaInaba> ... what tricks?

[16:49] <NiteBrite> Cutting the rope bridge and stranding us here seem a bit more than a trick to me

[16:49] <SolidGear> Dusty: "...is that somepony here, White?" she asks, curious.

[16:49] <MarissaInaba> I mean, beyond the obvious.

[16:50] * SolidGear quietly looks at the group, staying silent as she ponders what this could mean.

[16:50] <NiteBrite> Besides, who would even know where we are. We didn't even really know where we were going until we got here.

[16:50] * Whiteout snorts, and smiles at Dusty. "I don't think so." He hands the note to Marissa. "It looks like my writing, alright, but I'm not one for sneakin' around. If it was me havin' some sort of problem with somepony, I'd be telling them to their face, not leavin' nasty little notes."

[16:51] <MarissaInaba> ... I dunno. It seems fishy, but for all we know it could still be true. Never know how you might change an undefined amount of time into the future.

[16:52] <Anthrax> Nar: Whiteouts necklace flares up and shoots a beam at the letter. The letter flashes into a plume of purple smoke.

[16:52] <MarissaInaba> But it's probably best to ignore it for now, considering our powers are... uh... powered by friendship.

[16:52] <MarissaInaba> o_o

[16:52] * SolidGear stares at the letter disappearing, "Well...that solves that.

[16:52] <NiteBrite> o_o

[16:52] <Whiteout> O_O

[16:52] <SolidGear> Dusty: stares at the letter vanishing, just as shocked as everypony else.

[16:52] <NiteBrite> What was that?

[16:52] <NiteBrite> !

[16:53] <MarissaInaba> Wha... buh... Agh.

[16:53] <nod> well problem solved

[16:53] <nod> i guess

[16:53] * SolidGear grins and looks to Whiteout, "Well, let's get going, ze? Marissa. Come on, we need to start crossing before the bridge is cut again."

[16:53] <MarissaInaba> ... Well, that answers that? Whatever.

[16:54] * MarissaInaba turns her horn back on and they get going.

[16:58] <SolidGear> Dusty: blinks at seeing the Shadowpony, then moves up, "I'll go see who it is..."

[16:59] * ShadowPony is busy chopping away.

[16:59] <SolidGear> Dusty: takes off on her wings, flying over to the shadowpony to see what it's up to.

[16:59] <Whiteout> "Be careful! Somepony cut those ropes in the first place!"

[17:00] <SolidGear> Dusty: "I'll be fine, Whiteout! After all...I still have you to come back to."

[17:00] * ShadowPony is a pegasus pony in a shadow bolts costume.

[17:01] <SolidGear> Dusty: lands on the other side, "Excuse me...could you stop for a bit? I have friends who need that bridge."

[17:01] * Whiteout is clearly not blushing, no siree bob, just making sure that everypony is getting across okay.

[17:02] * SolidGear is still leaning partially on Marissa for support, so if the bridge goes out...she'll likely fall on top of Marissa.

[17:03] <ShadowPony> Sees dusty, and starts to run. Dusty could catch it, but the frayed bridge rope is unwinding and appears ready to brak at any moment.

[17:06] <NiteBrite> Seems the other pony is running away.

[17:06] <SolidGear> Dusty: wants to chase after the ShadowPony, but decides that saving her friends is more important and grabs the rope so if it breaks she's got it held tight.

[17:07] <SolidGear> Dusty: is still scared though, as she doesn't know what else lies in the fog.

[17:07] <MarissaInaba> I dunno. It might still break, and I'd rather be safe than sorry.

[17:07] <SolidGear> "I agree....and maybe we can get to see Feathers sooner."

[17:07] <NiteBrite> Nar: Dusty's strength is bolstered by her courage. She is able to hold the rope even after it breaks, though so many ponies are rather heavy.

[17:08] <NiteBrite> Nar: The bridge jolts a little sideways as the rope snaps.

[17:08] <SolidGear> Dusty: holds fast, tugging it upright and closing her eyes to try and keep it straight, she didn't want to let her friends fall down.

[17:09] * SolidGear blinks a bit, as her balance was tugged the opposite way and she comes so close to falling off.

[17:10] * Whiteout startles into the air, looking quickly from Dusty to the others. "Move, everypony, that bridge is coming down again as soon as she lets go!"

[17:11] * SolidGear slowly tries getting up, having a bit of trouble with Mariss now partly leaning on her, "Uhm...I'd like to, but Marissa needs to get moving..."

[17:11] <Anthrax> *Runs*

[17:13] <Anthrax> *NB sees Marissa fall and in a split second decision, dives after her, using his wings to propel him down faster than gravity would pull him*

[17:14] <SolidGear> Dusty: is starting to feel tired from holding the bridge up, but thankfully feels she can hold out for until they get across.
