This is not a typical quest. It will not appear in your journal. When you talk to Brother Lika, he will ask you a series of questions. The information is below.

Speak with Brother Lika. Run down to the court yard and listen to Master Long Shan's story (he starts at 6:30 AM game time) Return to Brother Lika and answer his questions. You must listen to Master Long at least once before you're allowed to answer any questions. The questions he will ask you are completely random.
