Inspect the quill

• Re-read the Salutations in the chair
• Kill Blacktalon Palace Guards
• Click the statues in the first room
• Kill the four winds that spawn. They are in the circle tiles in the hall.
• Place the spears in the weapon racks located in the small room before the fountain room
• Return to the entrance of the zone and inspect the chest on the right hand side
