Talk to Ant Emicheun in Astrub underground (6,-19).

Description: Kill as many spiders as you can to get the requested spiderlegs. Or you may be able to buy them at 4,-17. The more spiders you fight at once, the more likely it is you actually get spider legs. There's a good spot at 3,-21 not in the mine above ground main map with three lvl 1 spiders to kill, it earns you a leg almost every fight if you do it alone.
