Professor Paul Thomas is an instructor of artifice at the Godai Royal Academy of Magic, and also a member of the Explorer's Society. One of the youngest professors at the academy, he hailed from a place called Tolaria, though he rarely speaks of it. Professor Thomas enjoys going on archaeological expeditions in the hopes of finding ancient machinae and artifacts.

Caused the destruction of Elizabeth Thompson's school shop and car by accident when attempting to escape a pair of irritated salamanders with Rupert Walgrove.

Declared DIA some time ago; Rupert Walgrove and Maki recently encountered him after going through a portal to Godai Kingdom's future, where a blood-red toxic mist permeated through the land. He appears to have gained some control over time while languishing in the mists, and is now the companion of an Evil!Maki.
