Floating island

The Floating island appeared during the turbulent times of the realm when reality anchors were being pulled in from across time-space to stabilize the realm. The island was lost in the ether, the size of a small nation, and easily pulled into the mass of the realm. Appearing high above the Laque Lands, the land appeared uninhabited but was soon found to be populated by energy devouring spirits. Luke ordered a tactical strike against the island, obliterating it and releasing the spirits from their prison. The destruction of the island precipitated the destruction of the realm, and it was lost to the void.

When the realms were reconstructed by the Dragon God Shrine, the island was rebuilt upon the Laque Lands where it fell in pieces, the spirits bound to the confines of his land. Only when a keystone became apparent did the Godai Kingdom show interest in the island. Banpei was sent out and discovered a central temple with a depowered Sunstone at its apex. Returning with it empowered and Yusaku to claim it, the small robot broke the curse afflicting the island's inhabitants. As it raised into the sky, the two winged races that once warred over posession of the stone, the Avanti and Dragos, swore fealty to their new saviors and the Godai Kingdom. The flying archipelago is a semi-autonomous county within the kingdom, with Banpei declared a national hero and warranting his own week long celebration in tribute to his heroic effort which saved them all.
