Forming The Neterlands is a decisions you can enact when you own enough of the Netherlands and it will give you cores on the rest of the Netherlands. This decision hasn't changed much from the vanilla.

Description

When you enact this decision your country will change to The Netherlands, and it will give you some cores.

Requirements

  • You're not the Papal States, Belguim, The HRE or Lotheringia.
  • The Netherlands doesn't exist yet.
  • Your primary culture is Dutch or Flemish
  • You own, and have cores, on Holland, Utrecht, Zeeland and Friesland.
  • You're at peace.

Effects

  • Your country changes to The Netherlands and you gain cores on Vlaanderen, Breda, Gelre, Limburg, Antwerp, Ghent and Brabant.
  • You gain 2 slider changes to Centralizations
  • You gain 1 merchant
  • You gain 1 base tax in a random Dutch/Flemish province and 5 prestige.
