  • You're not in the Nomad tech group.
  • Your variable claim on Hindustan is greater than 45.
  • You're at peace.

Effects

  • Your country changes to Hindustan and you gain cores on every province in Hindustan Region.
  • You gain 1 base tax and manpower in a random province.
  • You gain 5 prestige.
