This is a new decision in the Death&Taxes mod that you can enact when there is no England anymore.

Requirements

• England and Great Britain don't excist
• You're not the HRE, The Papal States, Mexico, The USA or Brazil
• Your primary culture is English
• You have not formed France
• You own and have cores on London, Oxfordshire, Wessex, Kent and East Anglia
• You're at peace

Effects

• You gain cores on Cornwall, Gloucestershire, Marches, Glamorgan, Lincoln, Lancashire, Northumberland, Cumbria, Norfolk and Derby
• You gain 1 colonist and 1 base tax in a random owned province
• You gain 2 slider changes towards Centralization
• You gain 5 prestige
• London becomes your capital
