The Black Shank are a rogue guild native only to Dalton. Although the city is well guarded there are few that can catch a member of the Black Shank. Known for their cunningness and ability to escape almost any city situation the Black Shank are a strong and powerful force in Dalton. They dominate the black market and are often paid by wealthy individuals to perform assignations, it is even rumored that the Dalton government pays the shank for their eyes.
