You are on the sea floor

You find yourself on the sea floor! Before you can even begin to panic or try to swim to the surface, you realize something. You're breathing, underwater. You wonder if you're dreaming and slap yourself to see if you'll wake up.
You don't.
You also discover that you can see perfectly fine. It's the bottom of the ocean, so you'd expect it to be pitch black, but instead it's perfectly bright and crystal clear. You look around and see that there's another human nearby. You also look above you and see a ship passing by.
