You are not so easily won; demand an explanation for the stop.

From Create Your Own Story

You stand your ground, internally angry for your lapse in judgement.

"The captain tells me you had the boat stopped..." you say, arms crossed. "He tells me you did it for a bath."

Louise looks amused, finding you entertaining rather than bothersome. She gestures to the bath casually. "Before your eyes no? This is so...with the constant rocking and bobbing of this craft we could not keep the water you see. And Amtullah could not keep her balance, and this is no good..." As if on cue her Arabic servent bent at the waist and delicately moistened a bar of rich ivory soap, and then proceeds to polish Louise's breasts with it in smooth slow circles. She smiles at you, enjoying how uncomfortable you are made by this display.

"So everyone on board must be inconvenienced for your sake then?" You say, already knowning the answer.

"Yes." She says smiling. She enjoys this you realize, she knows you're used to getting what you want. And you're not getting it. You realize this as much as she does and feel heat and color filling your cheeks.

"Well I am sorry to inconvenience you your majesty..." you say with bitter sarcasm. "But this boat is moving forward even if I have to steer it myself. I am not letting some actress get a joyride on other people when I've got things to do."

You turn, knowing that your words didn't have any effect other than making her more amused. You feel angry and helpless, but you feel like you can resolve that by getting the boat started again, onwards to Cairo.
