The fish just floats under the man for a short while, then opens its mouth and starts to rise upwards. The man is getting ready to throw a dagger that he found on his belt at Boromir when the fish bites him in the rear.

The man swears and slices the fish in half with his dagger. Then, he realises that the bucket is only about a foot above him and gets ready to pull himself up and out of the well, or at least get the attention of passerby.

The man starts to climb up the rope. It is about ten feet or so to the surface from the water, and the man is about 4 feet from the surface. Suddenly, he groans and goes limp for a moment before vomiting violently into the well. Amazingly, he still managed to keep hold of the rope.

A nearby man hears the reatching and comes to see the commotian. He sees the man hanging off the well and starts to pull the rope up and out of the well.

Boromir:

• Jumps in the well to look for more fishes.

• Lets the man pull the vomiting man out of the well.

• Stops the man from pulling the vomiting man out of the well.

• Cuts the rope right above the vomiting man with his sword.
