VISIT THE EMERGENCY ROOM

You drift into an uncomfortable and feverish sleep and when you wake up, you find yourself in a hospitable bed, hooked up to an IV. You catch glimpses of doctors and nurses passing back and forth. There is a quiet roar of what seems like hundreds of whispering voices. You must be in the ER.
You look around your bed and see your filthy clothing in a pile next to the bed. You are wearing one of those napkin-looking robes and your head feels clearer than it has been all day. There is a chair next to the bed with a clipboard and pen on it. A doctor must be next to you. You are curious about what the paper on the clipboard says but you are also nervous that the doctor could come back in at any moment.
