Try to yank the tentacles out

The tentacles obviously likes it inside you, and you never manage to pull both out at the same time. But after a while, the tentacles seems to give up on invading your internals and instead wrap themselves around your waist and whatever creature they’re attached to drags you out to sea. You struggle with the tentacles, but they’re too strong for you to break free.
After several minutes, you come within sight of a wooden sailing ship flying a skull-and-crossbones flag. The creature pulls you up alongside the ship. You’re about to yell for help when a rope drops down to you, slapping against the side of the ship.
