Since it's your first day, you don't mind passing on the PestVac.
Jason hands you a pair of night-vision goggles and a flashlight. Your hands brush against his as you take the equipment.
"These," he says, "will help you corral the bugs together so I can collect them." Jason picks up his own flashlight and goggles. "The cockroaches will move if you shine the light on them, and the goggles allow you to see the bugs without scaring them off."
Jason props a pair of goggles on his head just above his eyes, and straps a flashlight to his belt. "Alrighty then, you ready to go?" he asks.
