It's a big man in his forties dressed in jeans, a vest and a big cowboy hat, carrying a bag. He's got something of a pot belly, but does look half handsome. He looks like the older brother of somebody you have met recently...

It is the rancher! He's found you! And he's ten years older than on the web site!
That is creepy, and your first instinct is to scream your lungs out. But on the other hand, he seems so self-confident and resolute, you're tempted to hear him out. The rancher has taken three or four steps inside, and is standing with his back to you, as if admiring your apartment.
