Just a note on this. I am basing this on South Phoenix. It is probably the most dangerous area in Phoenix. Not really because of the racial mixture, but because of the impoverished community. I am not writing it to be racist, I am writing it because that is the reality of the situation in that area. I have driven through there, and it is not a great area of the city. It is also where many of the high crime areas show up. So, please just understand that if anyone wants to complain about racism, because I have lived in many communities with great black and Hispanic populations, so it has nothing to do with their color/race.
