Take a bunch of hostages to lure her into a building, then blow it to kingdom come

You have your minions kidnap people at random, a business man here, a cook there, a hotel service and high school student to follow up too. Once you have about twenty hostages, you place them in a old abandoned warehouse outside of the city. From there its only a simple matter of placing bombs EVERYWHERE. The hostages, unaware of the trap, kept telling you that The Red Comet ( your superhero target ) would come and how you will be sorry. You can only laugh at their ignorance. Once the bombs were set, you set up live cameras around the building, all broadcasting to the local news stations. Now to set the trap... You grab a camera, pointing it at the hostages while laughing "This is a message to the Red Comet. If you want to save these poor people, you'll have to stop me, and I would like to see you try. You have ten minutes, or they all die" you zoom up to a high school girls face, pinching her cheek while she cries, before cutting the camera off. Now, you wait.
