Stay and wait to see what happens

You have no idea what compels you to stay, but you stay.
You wait and wait... Then you hear three words... Just three words that you can pronounce.
"Zalgo... HE COMES!"
Then, quite suddenly, everything turns pitch black and your ears start ringing. You run forward in panic, and the only thing you can hear besides the ringing in your ears are muffled screams. Eventually, you reach a very dimly lit stair case. You breathe in through your nose and smell the horrible smell of blood and rot. You keep running up the stairs as fast as you can, and your lungs start burning.
When you reach the top, you notice you are in a very large building, a skyscraper. Hmm... That's very strange. The ground starts to crack, and you run out of the building. You are now in a huge city, a very foggy city.
The cracks start getting bigger, so big, thatl the entire building falls into the ground. You look into the hole and see a massive black vortex. You start running away. The fog grows very thick, and you can only make out the outline of a massive hand come out of the portal, then three other hands. Something massive pulled itself out of the hole. You hear thousands of screams come from the hole, and other... things come out. Will you:
