You shout into the hot air around you, hoping someone friendly will hear your cries. You see a few monkeys slinging through the trees, as a couple parrots caw nearby.
Fiddlesticks.
Just when you're about to give up hope for rescue, you see a large panther approach. Before you can react, the panther morphs into a dark-skinned young man.
"Hello," he says. "Need some help?" He gives you a fanged smile, as you consider your options:
"I hate cats. Especially when they're cat-people. Prepare to get blowed up!"
Also, your MPS is beeping. It appears there is one portal at the bottom of this pile of quicksand. Think you can reach it?
