With your supernatural ability, you are able to give the vines movement. The young mother is so focused on the cat that she doesn't notice the rustling as you hold three vines above her.
You quickly wrap a vine around the chest of the woman, startling her. As quickly as she reaches up with both hands to pull you off, you wrap another vine around her hands to trap them against her body. With the third vine, you wrap around her neck then up into her mouth creating an effective gag.
The cat flees through a hole in the fence as the young mother struggles against the grip of your thick vines.
