From Create Your Own Story

You pick up a nearby stone and throw it into a bush next to the guard farther away from you. Both guards turn towards it, the one closer to you even pursues the sound. "Wha' do you reckon that was, a rabbit?" Apparently this is a rather boring job, and any distraction is a welcome one. Taking the opportunity you silently run to the wicket gate and try to open it, only to find it locked. You try several keys on the lock before finding the right one. You quickly open the door and let yourself in, shutting it quietly behind you before the guards got bored of looking for imaginary bunnies. On the other side of the wall there are roughly ten meters of open grass before the estate. You see two more guards standing at the front entrance of the house as well as several guards patrolling the grounds with torches. You move quietly away from the gate and into a dark spot near the wall. As far as you can tell there are three ways into the estate:

  • The front entrance, flanked by two guards armed with longswords.
  • An open window on the third story. Light peers through the window into the night.
  • The servant's entrance on the western side of the building.
