After taking a shower you return to your room, wear your school uniform, then go downstairs and enter the kitchen.
Your mother is here. She is standing near the fridge wearing a casual dress with an apron. She looks depressed.
Your father is here. He is sitting by the table wearing his suit.
Noticing you, dad smiles and stands up.
"Morning, Tim." he says kindly. "Ready for school?"
"Of course." you answer with a smile.
"Good. I have to go already." he pats your head and leaves.
You look at mom, but she says nothing. You quickly eat your breakfast and leave the kitchen.
