You lean into your running turn to the right, pumping your arms to speed up. As you run, a door opens in front of you. You do not know what is coming out but you want to pass the door before they notice you. You make it passed the door but are then yanked backward. The leash flying behind you had been grabbed by a security guard coming out of the room. He stood over you and pulled out a syringe from behind his back. “Good thing I brought a spare. Subjects these days are so eager to escape, they don’t even plan ahead.” He plunges the needle into your neck before you could move and you feel groggy. Your eyes close and you pass out.
