'Discretion is the better part of valor,' You think. Beginning to pump your oars in and out of the water, you move rapidly towards shore. Dragging your razor wire around your boat, you seem to have given yourself some breathing room from the Squid girl. 'Gotta remember this one for later' You think happily. Rowing while scanning for movement in the water, you see what appears to be underwater tentacles probing around your ship, but they quickly back off. You believe you are now safe, for the most part, as the Squid girl can't approach or figure out a way around in such a limited time. Nearing the sand of the beach, your razor wire scrapes of into the sand and gets ground up by the bottom of your boat. "Welp" You say, "Its a small price to pay." Down some razor wire but repayed with your safety you scrape along the beach head and jump put. Standing on the fine sand, you look out towards the water for signs of the Squid girl. Almost, but not quite, you locate what looks like the Squid girl's ripples heading out to sea.
Finally able to take a break, you plan your next course of action.
