You go straight to the Lab and find Cheren waiting impatiently, "So at least two out of three us have arrived." he says irritably, "I wish Bianca could hurry up."
You lean against the wall with him for a few minutes. "This is dull." he says, you agree, no matter how nice these graphics, I mean falling leaves, look, you still want to get on with your journey already.
After some casual small talk Professor Juniper opens the door, "I've been watching you standing there and waiting for the last twenty minutes, you might as well come in now." she says as she ushers you both into her lab.
She goes through the usual Pokemon stuff, about being nice to you Pokemon and making sure to stay safe before giving you both Pokedexes, "These are research tools designed to make my life easier." she says with a laugh and a wink, "What they really do is quite interesting, they log the data you find about Pokemon automatically..." she and Cheren geek out for a bit and you zone out for a bit.
"Oh my God this is awesome." Cheren says, "I'm going to go out and catch my first Pokemon right now!" he says as he rushes out the door.
As he leaves Bianca enters, she looks like she's been crying, "Hi, I'm sorry I'm late." she says as she walks over to you and Juniper.
"No worry, I just want to give you this and a few Pokeballs." Juniper says as she hands Bianca some Pokeballs and the Pokedex. "I'm sure Hilbert can explain the Pokedex to you, along with the Pokeballs." Juniper says, "Either way I have to get back to my work." Juniper walks off.
Bianca looks to you, "Do you want to help me now?"
