You follow it the the left and stand in front of it and cast a rocket. This causes the force to knock you back and you fall backwards. Behind you happens to be the stairs to the cellar and your back takes a bit of damage. Nothing the Cure Ring wont cure quickly.

• Go right

• Go to the room behind you

• Go left

• Use your healing ointment
