You lunge silently from your hiding spot. The girl is facing the other way and she is likely to be smaller and weaker, so you attack her. The guy notices you running and yells, "Hey!" The girl turns to look, but you are already there. With a twist of her arm and a sweep of your leg, she is on the ground. She falls on her weapon- a knife- and starts bleeding profusely. You feel like you've been punched in the gut. You've just killed someone.

"Stop!" The boy is pointing a pistol at you, but his hands are shaking so badly that he is likely to miss. He knows you are quick and deadly, so he is undoubtedly intimidated. In fact, judging by his expression, he's scared shitless about the whole thing! He stammers out, "P-put your hands on your head or I'll shoot."

Now, you could do as he says, but he's shaking so much that it would be easy to charge him and take the gun. But you don't really want to kill him, so maybe you should try to negotiate.
