I can't believe that just happened! And I always thought that I had no luck! Maybe I did get a kick to the chest, but it was totally worth it! I'm sure mom is really pissed right now though...I shouldn't do anything to piss her off further.
So you head off to your bedroom and take a moment to relax. Phew....and I thought my day wouldn't have any more excitement in it.
You spend the rest of the evening locked away in your room till you can eventually hear the sound of your dad getting home. Uh oh...I wonder if mom is going to spill the beans about what the two of you did.
"Kids! Dinner is ready!"
The sound of your dad's voice snaps you away from your mindless internet surfing and back to the reality of facing your mother at the dinner table.
You wait till you hear your sister running down the hallway towards the dinning room, well, you got to face her eventually.
But alas...nothing happens at dinner. Your mother plays everything off perfectly normal, if anyone is going to blow your cover..it's you! You do your best to act as normal as your mother, occasionally meeting her eyes during dinner.
Her eyes seem to focus on you with some sort of...focus....They aren't glaring at you, smiling at you, or pleading at you. They just seem to stare blankly at you when your eyes meet. Its...unsettling.
The whole thing has you on edge and as soon as dinner is over you escape back into your room to sleep. Tomorrow will bring another day, Friday to be exact!
You can hear your mother and sister getting ready to leave for work/school.
