You start to laugh.

'Miranda?' Jessica looks even more frightened, 'why are you laughing?'

'Because you being silly', you tell your sister.

'Jessica', Josh seems to have finally remembered he can talk, 'we were just messing around',

Jessica's head snaps in Josh's direction, 'you call...that...messing around!' she hisses at him.

'I asked her every step of the way',

Jessica's eyes get even bigger (you giggle again), 'you asked her? Josh, she's six! How can she say she wants to do things like that?'

'I did want to', you interrupt. Jessica looks at you, shocked. 'I knew what would happen cos Josh told me. I want to do it again but Josh let his gloop out and now he's all floppy'. Jessica's face changes at that, like she's trying not to smile.

'He's floppy now?' she asks you.

You nod, 'yeah I was really starting to like it, more than anything else we play, and then he let it out.'

'Well you might need to get used to that', Jessica says. She doesn't look so angry any more.

Tell Jessica more about the tickling

Try and speak again, but Jessica takes you out of the room
