You savagely beat Emily by kicking her in the stomach and face. With every bit of strength she attempts to fight you, but you prove too strong for her. She begs for mercy, but you don't listen. You continue to kick her until you see blood pooling on the floor. With one last powerful kick you hear something break and she begins to gasp. You realize that you likely broke her rib and punctured her lung. If she doesn't get to a hospital fast she will die. You:

• Call the nurse and explain everything
• Call an ambulance and them you found her like this
• Leave Emily to die
