Investigating the whipping sound

You follow the whipping noise to a door and peek through. Inside the room is a girl your age being whipped. She is completely naked and bent over the desk as another young girl whips her back. You can see the naked girl's back is covered with scars. You count about twenty whip marks, some of them old. She's been whipped before.
